Engineering Studies
Preparing, planning, and generating bases of design documents, and detailed designs: these are critical steps to project success.
We conduct a variety of studies to help clients make informed and eco-conscious decisions, prepare for occupancy, and meet all regulations and codes.
With an energy study, we’re able to identify and recommend cost-effective and energy-saving solutions for new and existing locations, and electrical load studies help keep facilities within the design functionality and capacity. Our computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling can assist with a variety of systems designs including air fluid flow and heat transfer for our Data Center clients in regards to “Hot” isle and “Cold” isle containment.

As part of plumbing design, we offer consultations, building information modeling (BIM), design assists, and design-builds. In addition to traditional plumbing for a range of industries, our team is experienced in piping design for industrial settings including semiconductor facilities, industrial manufacturing, and data centers, and in the design of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems.
